DESCRIPCIÓN
Yolk musts, controlled fermentation at 28ºC. Fortification with alcohol distilled from wine up to 19º, Palomino surtabla waiting to enter the Criaderas and Soleras system, aging and physical-chemical aging by oxidation for a minimum average time of 12 years, as a result, this unique Oloroso dry.
Bright amber wine with a very intense aroma as indicated by its type and reminiscent of dried fruits and nuts. On the palate, dry, low acid, full-bodied, velvety tannin, it is full and harmonious. Very persistent retronasal.
