After a slow and calm distillation process, Nordés comes to us from Galicia, a gin with 12 botanicals, among which juniper, lemon verbena, bay leaf and salicornia stand out. Its aroma is intense and reminiscent of white flowers, ginger and eucalyptus with a subtle note of juniper. Due to its aromatic character, it is pleasant to drink alone and very cold in a wide tube glass that is not too tall. If it is also mixed with a dry and bitter tonic, it exceeds all expectations. Nordés is the premium gin of Galician origin. One of the characteristics that make Nordés Gin unique is its alcoholic base of Albariño grapes . Additionally, 6 wild Galician botanicals and 5 overseas botanicals are added, each of them macerated separately until the right level of aroma is achieved.
