The same refined spirit is found in the low dosage and in the vinification in stainless steel tanks, guaranteeing respect for the primary aromas. A prolonged aging of 3 years in an underground cellar provides a finishing touch to this cuvée where balance and precision coexist with finesse and elegance.

From the terroirs: Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims, Vallée de la Marne, Aube, Vitryat or Sézannais.

During vinification, each of the 120 individual stainless steel tanks houses a cru or estate, a variety, a vintage. This care given to the raw material allows the integrity and personality of each estate to be preserved and a blend of uncommon diversity to be achieved.
