Nariz
De intensidad media-alta, notas cítricas (piel de limón, pomelo y mandarina), junto con flores blancas y azahar, en un fondo tropical dulce que recuerda a mango y lichis.
Boca
Muy fresco e intenso. Paso de boca graso y equilibrado. Recuerdos frutales y cítricos, con un postgusto largo y muy persistente.

DESCRIPCIÓN
Inmortal is a wine made with grapes selected from vineyards that are more than 30 years old, located in the Salnés valley, the most emblematic area of the appellation. Its name refers to the longevity and resistance of this variety, capable of adapting to the climatic and soil conditions of Galicia.
Inmortal is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature and aged on its fine lees for 6 months, which gives it complexity, volume and smoothness.
