DESCRIPCIÓN
Over the last few harvests, the technique has been refined to achieve a perfectly balanced wine. The grapes come from the Tremoedo Estate, with very low yields, where green pruning and leaf removal have been carried out and where the vines, which are over 40 years old, grow on “xabre” or “weathered granite” soils.

Color amarillo intenso, limpio y brillante.
Nariz
Aromas a pera madura, níspero e higo. El fondo es profundo con recuerdos a chocolate blanco, pólvora y finas hierbas como el orégano y el tomillo.
Boca
En boca entra sutil para dar paso a una marcada tensión. El nervio y la salinidad dominan el paso por boca. El final es de una armoniosa persistencia.
