DESCRIPCIÓN
PSI 2020 is a red wine that comes from old vines of average age of more than 30 years grown in microplots of the Dominio de Pingus winery.
Maceration takes place in cement tanks, which allows the aroma of the fruit to be achieved. Fermentation is a natural process, without added yeasts.
The aging takes place in cement tanks, in oak vats and in new French oak barrels from Pingus and Flor de Pingus.

Color cereza brillante.
Nariz
En nariz se mueve entre la fruta roja precisa, las flores azules, la tierra seca y una sensación herbal fresca que aporta verticalidad.
Boca
En boca es lineal, equilibrado, elegante y muy limpio. Nada de peso sobrante, nada de maquillaje. Textura fina, acidez natural, tanino delicado y un final tenso que invita al siguiente sorbo.
