DESCRIPCIÓN
With spicy notes of vanilla from the barrel aging, without realizing it you finish the entire bottle, very easy to drink, accompanies both hot salads with quail or poultry, puff pastries, foie with raspberry jam reduction, as well as roast lamb , or suckling pig. In general, with practically everything, it is a very versatile wine.
Aging for 6 years, subjected to 2 rackings per year. Clarified with fresh egg whites.
