DESCRIPCIÓN

The aromas of this 2023 vintage stand out for their intense and delicate nuances of ripe citrus fruits, with a predominance of lime and lemon, accompanied by light notes of white fruit, such as Golden apple, ending its journey with a subtle reminder of aromatic herbs and banana.

This vintage stands out for its excellent taste balance, resulting in a very juicy and fresh wine. Its well-adjusted acidity and remarkable creaminess offer us a sparkling, sweet and very appetizing wine. The retronasal aroma is clearly citrus and white fruit, with a persistent and very long finish.
