Nariz
La nobleza de las bayas rojas: toques de grosella roja, cereza y fresa silvestre; un toque picante, no muy diferente a Special Cuvée.
Boca
Una sutil combinación de estructura, longitud y vivacidad, con un final tánico debido a la adición de vino tinto; burbujas tan finas como terciopelo; sabores de bayas silvestres.

When Champagne Bollinger decided to start making a rosé, it had very high demands: it had to have freshness, of course, but also structure and elegance. Bollinger Rosé therefore falls in line with Special Cuvée, with its spicy notes.
The addition of a magnificent red wine from the Poirier Saint-Pierre and Montboeuf de Verzenay plots or from those of Aÿ, worked in the same way as the vines of the legendary Côte aux Enfants plot, gives it a very marked aromatic power. It also has a brilliance, presence and finesse that are the hallmarks of great blends.
