DESCRIPCIÓN
Yllera Privée Brut is a sparkling wine. 9 months in rhyme. Champenoise method.
Vineyards 10 to 15 years old. Cold maceration for 8-12 hours.
Grape selection in the vineyard. Manual harvest. Exclusively first-pressed Flor must in a pneumatic membrane press. Cold maceration of the must with the skins.
Bottled in Champagne-type bottle with yeast and sugar where the second fermentation takes place in the bottle. Aging with its lees in a cave. Final disgorging and corking.
