DESCRIPCIÓN
El Rapolao is a plot located on a north-facing slope with quite a slope. Being so inclined, it does not allow for working with machinery. The wine is floral, with a fine mouthfeel and a more present acidity than in the rest of the wines. An interesting fact: it is the wine from Raúl Pérez's favorite vineyard, a plot that no one wanted because there was a lot of botrytis.
For its production, La Vizcaína El Rapolao carries out fermentation in 5000l wooden tanks. Once this process is completed, the wine is aged for 12 months in second-year oak barrels.
