DESCRIPCIÓN
Produced in one of the most prestigious wineries in the Ribera del Duero region, Hacienda Monasterio Reserva is an elegant and complex red wine with excellent aging potential. Originating from organically cultivated vineyards on limestone soils, this Reserva stands out for faithfully reflecting the personality of its terroir.
Made from a careful selection of Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) grapes, with a touch of Cabernet Sauvignon depending on the vintage, it undergoes fermentation with native yeasts and ages for over 20 months in French oak barrels. The result is a wine of great finesse, structure, and balance.
On the nose, it displays an intense expression of ripe black fruit, balsamic notes, minerals, and elegant hints of aging. On the palate, it is silky, with polished tannins, excellent freshness, and a long, persistent finish.
