Valduero Una Cepa Premium 2011 is a work of art created with Tempranillo grapes from vines over 45 years old, sourced from a unique, bush-trained vineyard. This red wine reflects the ultimate expression of the terroir and the maturity that only century-old vines can offer.
After a manual harvest selected grain by grain, it ferments with native yeasts and ages for approximately 18 months in French and American oak barrels , followed by a rest in the bottle that enhances its complexity.
A wine for discerning palates, perfectly suited for special occasions or to pair with robust dishes: mushroom stews, grilled red meats, or aged cheeses. Its impressive evolution in the bottle ensures that its enjoyment will continue for years to come.
