DESCRIPCIÓN
Aalto 2020 is a 100% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) wine , mostly from very old vines, aged between 40 and 80 years, from vineyards in nine different municipalities on the Burgos riverside and the Valladolid riverside .
The harvest is done by hand, in small 15 kilo boxes that we carefully inspect, bunch by bunch, on the selection table. Aged for an average of 18 months in French and American oak barrels.
Cherry red color .
The nose presents ripe fruits, spices and great freshness and minerality that accentuate the aromatic complexity of this 2020 vintage.
In the mouth it has a good structure, broad and sweet with perfectly assembled silky tannins, with balanced acidity and a long, fresh finish.
