The 10-year designation is the result of a batch of ports rigorously selected and aged in the finest oak casks, presenting a character and average age corresponding to the 10-year designation.
Quinta das Carvalhas, one of the most emblematic estates in the Alto Douro, is endowed with enormous beauty.
The property occupies a dominant position on the slope of the left bank of the Douro River, facing the Pinhão. It covers the entire hill that meets the top of the river, extending to the ridge line and occupies part of the upper slope of the right bank of the Torto River.
