DESCRIPCIÓN
Oxley Gin is obtained by cold distillation (-5º C), using a special vacuum procedure, which preserves the flavors as much as possible and avoids maceration. The 14 botanical products used are classic, with the addition of some special ones such as cocoa, queen of the prairie and grains of paradise.
Instead of citrus peels, hand-peeled citrus fruits are used.

Sabor limpio y fresco con predominio del enebro, seguido de notas cítricas de limón y naranja, y un suave toque de especias. El final es largo, seco y refrescante.
