DESCRIPCIÓN
The house's flagship wine is made with grapes from family-owned vineyards and old vines owned by small winegrowers . It is the freshest and most elegant statement of its beloved Verdejo . A white, in short, friendly and persistent , with a lot of volume and marked by elegance appreciated in the nose that is repeated in the mouth.

Color amarillo pajizo brillante, con reflejos verdosos.
Nariz
Muy varietal y nítida; a la par que elegante, fresca y compleja. Dominan los aromas a frutas blancas y cítricos, junto con notas de hinojo y monte bajo sobre un fondo balsámico (anisado y mentolado) y un recuerdo mineral.
Boca
En esta fase gustativa aparecen de nuevo las notas de fruta fresca revelándose además un blanco untuoso, goloso y elegante con un suave toque amargo final. Su buena acidez y gran estructura favorecen su persistencia. Retronasal compleja e intensa.
