Tarsus breedingIt is made between 20 and 30 days at a temperature of between 24º and 26º with the aim of achieving a greater fruit content, and is aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels in equal parts, one third of which is new barrels and the rest in barrels aged one to two years. The ageing is completed with a year of rest in the bottle.
