Dragon and Jade draws inspiration from ancient Chinese mythology, where the dragon symbolizes courage and good fortune, while jade evokes purity and prosperity. These symbols embody the tradition, quality, and excellence of Chinese baijiu, represented by Dragon and Jade.
Crafted from a meticulous selection of grains such as rice, corn, wheat, sorghum, and glutinous rice, this baijiu undergoes a solid or semi-solid fermentation and distillation process to create a spirit with unique characteristics. Its aromatic profile offers a perfect blend of pure aromas, sweetness, smoothness, and freshness on the palate, captivating even the most discerning senses and palates.
Traditionally, Baijiu has a high alcohol content, between 50° and 65°. Baijiu Dragon & Jade is ideally enjoyed at 40° for a more approachable tasting experience. Enjoy it neat or in cocktails.
