DESCRIPCIÓN
Vineyard located in the upper part of Tea County at an altitude of 285 meters above sea level.
Soil: Granitic and sandy.
Hand-harvested in 16-kilogram boxes. It took place in early October.
Grape selection in the vineyard.
Upon arrival at the winery, a second selection of the grapes is made, prior to destemming.
Subsequently, a gentle pressing takes place to obtain the free-run juice. After settling, the juice is transferred to a stainless steel tank for fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16°C for 14 days.
Aging: Aged for 60 months on its fine lees in stainless steel tanks during which the bâtonnage process is carried out regularly.
Production: 6000 bottles.
